Can we self-serve Starter or Pro?
Yes. Starter and Pro have live self-serve checkout with monthly and yearly billing. The request-access flow remains available for guided onboarding and Enterprise conversations.
Where can we see the full pricing policy?
The pricing docs include the current Pricing & Plans policy, including plan limits, failed-payment behavior, and rollout caveats.
Which plan unlocks which module?
The pricing docs publish a module-by-plan matrix (the same access matrix the platform enforces), and the in-product pricing page renders it live. If a module is not in your plan, the platform shows an upgrade panel that names the plan you need.
