Roles
Customers act as controllers for their workspace data. Quantabridge Innovations SRL, operating as Dralvia, acts as processor to deliver the platform and associated support, telemetry, and evidence functions.
Scope
- Licensed user and workspace metadata.
- Detection telemetry and EvidencePack-related operational data.
- Support and incident-response communications.
- Usage and billing records needed to operate the service.
Processor commitments
- Process data only under documented customer instructions or agreed service delivery scope.
- Apply confidentiality, access control, encryption, and audit controls.
- Assist with data subject requests, incidents, and regulatory inquiries where required.
- Return or delete data according to contract and retention policy, unless law requires otherwise.
Subprocessors and transfers
The current public processor inventory is published on the Subprocessors page. Standard categories today are hosted infrastructure, edge delivery/security, and consent-gated analytics.
Cross-border transfers rely on provider contractual commitments, including SCC-based transfer terms where required. Enterprise or contracting customers should rely on the executed DPA and annexes in addition to this public summary.
Public-site position
The marketing site exists to explain the platform and direct visitors into the live product. Public legal pages live here so they are crawlable, linkable, and accessible without entering the platform console.
Platform legal center
The product platform also maintains legal-center routes for authenticated and guest users. Use the public pages here for external sharing and the live platform for operational/legal workflow context.
