Commercial scope

Dralvia provides detection workflows, security scans, EvidencePack tooling, APIs, browser-extension support, and related investigation surfaces for businesses, internal security teams, and approved design partners.

Subscription scope, pricing, support commitments, and usage limits are defined by the applicable order form, evaluation agreement, plan, or other commercial agreement. The current website does not offer consumer self-serve contracting.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate workspace and billing metadata.
  • Protect credentials, API keys, and workspace access.
  • Use the services for lawful defensive and investigatory purposes only.
  • Obtain and document all required notices and consents before monitoring users, endpoints, traffic, or communications.

Disclaimers and validation

Detection outcomes are probabilistic and must be validated before irreversible action is taken. Dralvia does not provide legal advice and customers remain responsible for their own compliance obligations.

Liability caps, warranty carve-outs, governing law, venue, and any sector-specific commitments should be read from the signed commercial agreement rather than inferred from this summary page.

Data protection and confidentiality

Customers remain controllers of their own monitored data unless another allocation is agreed in writing. Dralvia acts as processor for service delivery and related operational functions as described in the DPA.

EvidencePacks, telemetry, and platform logs are treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or explicitly authorized.

Public-site position

The marketing site exists to explain the platform and direct visitors into the live product. Public legal pages live here so they are crawlable, linkable, and accessible without entering the platform console.

Platform legal center

The product platform also maintains legal-center routes for authenticated and guest users. Use the public pages here for external sharing and the live platform for operational/legal workflow context.
