Current public subprocessor list
Contabo GmbH
Role: Infrastructure hosting for the VPS and self-hosted application stack.
Data handled: Application telemetry, stored customer content, logs, and operational backups that reside on the hosted infrastructure.
Transfer posture: Primary hosting is in the EEA. Customer data is processed on the infrastructure needed to run the service.
Cloudflare, Inc.
Role: DNS, TLS termination, CDN, caching, bot mitigation, and edge security controls.
Data handled: IP addresses, HTTP headers, challenge/cookie events such as cf_clearance, and request metadata required to protect and deliver the site.
Transfer posture: May involve international processing through Cloudflare's global network. Dralvia relies on Cloudflare's contractual transfer commitments and SCC-based terms where required.
Google LLC
Role: Google Analytics 4 on the docs site after consent, plus Google-hosted font delivery where those assets are requested.
Data handled: Consent-gated docs analytics events, IP/device metadata associated with analytics requests, and browser requests for Google-hosted assets where applicable.
Transfer posture: May involve processing in the United States or other non-EEA locations. Dralvia relies on Google's data-processing terms and SCC-based commitments where required.
Customer-configured tools and self-hosted services
Identity, observability, support, collaboration, and documentation services are self-hosted as part of Dralvia's own infrastructure footprint rather than separate third-party SaaS processors.
Downstream tools configured by a customer under its own contract or deployment instructions are treated as customer directed integrations, not global subprocessors enabled for all workspaces by default.
Change management
Dralvia updates this public list when the standard processor inventory changes. Material changes for contracting customers are also reflected in DPA annexes and customer notices.

Public-site position
The marketing site exists to explain the platform and direct visitors into the live product. Public legal pages live here so they are crawlable, linkable, and accessible without entering the platform console.

The product platform also maintains legal-center routes for authenticated and guest users. Use the public pages here for external sharing and the live platform for operational/legal workflow context.
